• How to avoid blisters when hiking
• What to wear, dressing in layers during the spring months
• About poles and why you may want to use them
• Trail conditions to expect in the spring
• What is considered a beginner, moderate and difficult hike.

• Dangers to be aware of in the Wasatch Mountains
• My favorite waterfall hikes and where we go each week
• About our outings: When we return, distance, elevation gain, how our hikes are great  for a variety of abilities and levels of experience.
