Where to find us:

Turn into the staff parking lot off of 900 South.  Find us in the large, open Lunchroom.  If you don't see us, walk up the stairs from the lunchroom to the Comm. Ed. office, located at the top of the stairs.

Hooping (i.e. "Hula Hooping") is a super fun way to tone muscle, lose unwanted pounds, improve balance, increase agility and coordination - without feeling like you are ever working!

Be happy learning and practicing the basics.  When you are ready, I'll be excited to teach you over 50 additional moves and tricks to do with a hoop!  You may be surprised how fast and easy it is to learn each of these moves!

I love showing and teaching students my "Hoop 'n Series" which is basically hooping while doing many other things i.e.

Hoop n' Catch

Hoop n' Throw

Hoop n' Run

Hoop n' Walk

Hoop n' Drink (water that is)

Hoop n' Lift (weight lifting)

Hoop n' Hop

Hoop n' Cha Cha

Hoop n' Climb (stairs that is)

Hoop n' Dress (put on and take off a jacket while hooping)

Hoop n' Skip

Hoop n' Jump

Hoop n' Kneel

Hoop n' Slide

Hoop n' Balance (on one foot)

and much more!

I make and provide customized, weighted hoops for students and anyone else who would like to purchase one.  Cost: $10/hoop.  You may decorate it anyway you like since I don't do that.  Contact me to purchase one if you like.

Cost per Class: $35/8-week course or $5/class.
