This was the hike we were going to do last week, but there was a race in the canyon, so I postponed it for this weekend.  It is going to be awesome for fall colors and incredible views!  I hope you can come!  You won't be disappointed!

All trails are subject to change, pending the weather.

All trails that are chosen are very beautiful and will accommodate beginner and moderate hiking abilities.

Always consult your physician prior to starting a new exercise program.

8 am:  NEW FALL TIME: Hiking orientation, held every week

  • Enjoy bagels that are provided each week
  • Get acquainted with me and others who are hiking
  • Learn about our carpools, the canyons we hike in, what to wear, who is invited, what about dogs and children, what to bring, where we go, trail info i.e. elevation and distance, etc.
  • Participate in one of our carpools or drive on your own
  • All hiking abilities are welcome
  • Easy and moderate hikes are always offered
  • Let us get better acquainted with you and your abilities before leaving on a hike.
  • There is safety and FUN in numbers, so join us!

8:30 am:  Leave for the trail

Hiking outings end by 12 noon unless stated otherwise.

You may always leave early, if you like.

Trailheads are generally located within a *short drive from our meeting place (unless stated otherwise).

*10 - 25 minutes

Fall hiking season is here!  Join us!

I'll post the specific trail within a day or two of the hike.  Just know that EVERY trail is awesome and safe!  Come even if you don't hear exactly what trail we are doing.

We always meet at the same place and same time each week ( until Dec. 1, when time changes to 8:30 orientation, 9 am snowshoe outing)

Hike or snowshoe with us every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday throughout the year

LiveandThrive.com is my website and my business.  Learn more about all that I offer at this site.

The number of people who RSVP on Meetup isn't accurate, since "Meetup.com" is just one of several resources we use to invite outdoor adventure enthusiasts to our events. There are always more people attending that what it appears.

We love helping people stay active outdoors by introducing them to many others who have the same desires.  There are so many spectacular places around Utah and beyond that we are eager to take you to.  With over 10 years of experience, we never get bored!

Members are introduced to 15 different sports - hiking is just one of them.

You may invited up to TWO of our hikes before paying the $35/annual membership dues.

As a member, you are invited to attend any of the 350 outings/year outdoor adventures.

See details in this SHORT VIDEO.

Sports include hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, Zipfy Riding, kayaking, stand up paddle surfing, adventure trips, camping, Dutch Oven Dinners, and more....
