From 1300 E. turn west on 900 South, then turn right into the staff parking lot on the west side of the school. Go in the large, open Lunchroom where you'll find us. If necessary, walk up the stairs to the Comm. Ed. office, located near the top of the stairs.
This is also where you register for the 8 week class.
Hooping (i.e. "Hula Hooping") is a super fun way to tone muscle, lose unwanted pounds, improve balance, increase agility and coordination - without feeling like you are ever working!
Once you are comfortable with the basic hooping motion, you'll start learning 50+ moves and tricks to do with your hoop!
You will be surprised how fast and easy it is to learn each of these moves!

I make and provide customized, weighted hoops for students and anyone else who would like to purchase one. Cost: $10/hoop. You may decorate it anyway you like since I don't do that. Contact me to purchase one if you like.
