Besides magnificent waterfalls, there are opportunities to explore unique glaciers, craters, volcanos, geysers and geothermal pools. Relaxing in a variety of clean, soothing, hot pools outdoors every day is a most memorable experience.

Eating Icelandic chocolate, baked goods, fresh produce and cheese are also memorable activities each day.

Other spring activities and scenery include lush green pastures, baby lambs and colts, unforgettable hikes, glacier lagoons, black sand beaches, bird sanctuaries, nature preserves, and so much more!

Meals: 

Breakfast Buffet:
Cold and hot cereal, reg. milk, almond milk, fruit, eggs, toast, and yogurt.  Make it the way you like it.

Lunch:
Lunches made in the morning or night before since we may not return to our home until dinner.

Sandwich makings include meat, cheese, lettuce, spinach, mayo, mustard, pickles, veggies, granola bar, cookies, peanut butter, jam, bread, fruit, etc.

Dinner:
Hearty, Hot, Healthy, Home-Cooked Dinners like:

Soup & Salad Dinner: Potato Corn Chowder (w/ bacon on the side), Vegetable Beef Soup, (beef on the side), Artisan Breads, Cheese, Tossed Green Salad w/ toppings

Asian Dinner: Hawaiian Haystack: Rice w/ several toppings and sauces. Toppings may include: bacon, chicken, meatballs, veggies, mandarin oranges, pineapple, celery, coconut, croutons, Chinese noodles, asian cashew salad. Sauces include: Teriyaki, Yellow Curry, Chicken or Beef Gravy

Italian Dinner: Lasagna Dinner (w and w/out meat), tossed green salad w/ toppings, Ranch and Olive Garden Italian dressing,

7:00 - 8:00 AM: Breakfast, early morning walk, make lunches
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Hiking, exploring, eating, sight seeing, swimming and relaxing in hot tubs
5:30 PM: Hearty dinner & delicious Icelandic chocolate!
7 PM: Short meeting to discuss the next days activities, play games, relax, personal time, explore

Drive to Keflavik, explore, shop, eat
