Rated: Easy to Moderate
Plenty of flexibility in activity level on this trip! Each evening we'll review each activity for the following day and help you stay within a level that meets your needs and desires.
For moderate activities participants should be comfortable hiking or walking 5 miles/day with no more than 1000 feet elevation gain.
For easy activities participants should be comfortable walking 1 - 2 miles/day with 100 - 200 feet elevation gain.
We try to help everyone stay within a physical level that is right for them.
For all activities a daypack is sufficient. Generally no technical climbing or special abilities are needed UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
To participate in any activities other than laying on the beach, it's wise to start a good physical conditioning program prior to the trip.
