6 - 7:30 AM - Options include sunrise walk on the beach, wild life sightings i.e. sea turtles, crabs, etc., stretching, yoga, nature photography, journal writing, etc.
7:30 - 8:30 AM - Breakfast, prepare your sack lunch
8:30 AM - 5 PM - Hiking, kayaking, walking, exploring, stand up paddle surfing, shopping, relaxing, photography, body surfing, snorkeling, etc.
6 PM - Dinner, sunset on the beach, review next day's activities
7:00 - 10:00 PM - Free time
All activities are subject to weather, road, trail conditions
DAILY ITINERARY - FLEXIBILITY
Every Live and Thrive Adventure Trip includes a full, daily itinerary of planned activities. You are, however, invited to opt out of any part of this to better fit your needs and desires. The decision to opt out needs to be made no later than the night before so we can plan accordingly. Every evening we offer a short meeting to review the following day's activities.
MEALS & FOOD:
Most of our meals are prepared and served in our vacation home or condo. This allows everyone to create and enjoy a customized meal.

Plenty of flexibility in activity level on this trip! Each evening we'll review each activity for the following day and help you stay within a level that meets your needs and desires.
For moderate activities participants should be comfortable hiking or walking a minimum of 5 miles/day with a minimum of 1000 feet elevation gain.
For easy activities participants should be comfortable walking 1 - 2 miles/day with 100 - 200 feet elevation gain.
We work hard to help everyone stay within a physical level that is right for them.
For all activities a daypack is sufficient. Generally no technical climbing or special abilities are needed UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
To participate in any activities other than laying on the beach, it's wise to start a good physical conditioning program prior to the trip.

Our clients who receive the most from our trips are those who are observant, or make an effort to participate or get to know each other better in a variety of ways, on a hiking trail, in the kitchen, on a sunrise walk on the beach, etc.
